About
The Georgia Council for Rural Housing and Development (CRHD) is an all volunteer diverse group of business people involved in all aspects of affordable rural housing for the state of Georgia. CRHD members include property owners, management companies, site managers, maintenance staff, builders, developers, government agencies and vendors that supply products and services to the rural housing industry throughout the state of Georgia.
Our primary focus is to provide education and up to date training for compliance issues as it relates to the affordable housing industry, support to its members and act as one voice for the betterment of affordable rural housing in the state of Georgia.
Additional benefits include access to the USDA Rural Housing and Development approved Georgia CRHD lease as well as discounts in attending the annual GA CRHD seminar.
